The Astonishment

It was when waiting for my bus to arrive at the stop that I noticed the blind couples being let by another man who was carrying a baby. I believe that the baby should be of the blind couples.

While I was watching them and before my though process could think more about them, the bus arrived and I boarded the bus. The bus got filled as two earlier buses didn't come on that specific day. I rushed in and seated myself comfortably in a vacant seat. When the bus started to move I noticed the blind couple in the same bus but standing and they were searching for vacant seat. Since every seat was occupied I stood up and offered my seat to them. On seeing this the gentleman who was seated next to me also stood up and the blind couple sat comfortably in that seat. I felt a breeze in my mind for helping them.

Then came the surprise for me. The man was explaining about Silapathigaram, Manimegalai and Seevaga Sinthamani - tamil epics to his wife. I was totally taken back with the kind of details he is giving about these epics. I was more surprised on seeing his wife asking more questions while he is proceeding to explain things to her. So I can understand that blindness has not stopped them from enjoying and sensing the pleasure of knowing things that too to the level of reading an epic.

This taught me the most important thing in life - enjoyment and happiness.

My Travel Blog - Introduction

Iam a frequent traveler. I travel very frequent by bus. I love to travel by bus. The cool breeze from the window and the green pastures bring cheer to my eyes always.

At one stage I started to watch people. I noticed a lot in my co-passengers. I started to look for interesting things during my travel.

From that point I had noticed almost everything among my co-passengers. Their happiness, worries, sorrow, anger, joy, tension, urgency, hunger and many more. I thought why not make a record of these as this would make an interesting collection.

I had read many books on an individual's travel. They would tell about a place's beauty and importance in an enjoyable way.

But here Iam going to write about my co-passengers. Iam not good in writing. Hope my writing skills will improve as I proceed with this writing habit.

All written here is what I had seen. And I place my thought process during those incidents and what I perceive from those happening during my travels.

I never intend to offend or hurt anyone whatsoever it may be in any way. If something I had written here appears to hurt someone's feelings or sentiments as an individual or as a group I beg their pardon and reiterate that I didn't mean to hurt anyone by my writing.
